TERM: The Contest will run through December 31st 2009, with drawing taking place on January 1st, 2010.
Prize - One Winner and a guest will receive complimentary accommodations and 4 rounds of golf (including cart) to some of the best Golf Courses in Las Vegas, Nevada. No course or lodging substitutions permitted.
ODDS OF WINNING: Odds of winning will be determined by the number of entries received.

Referrals: You are automatically re-entered into the contest each time you provide a referral to one e-mail address, and FreeGolfGiveAways verifies the e-mail address to be valid and different from your own, and the owner of that email address signs up for the contest. For each e-mail address referred and signed up, you will be entered into the Las Vegas Golf Give Away Contest. FreeGolfGiveAways.com will not see/keep/use the email addresses entered for referrals, unless a referral registers for the contest. All referral email addresses that do not register for the contest will be completely removed at the completion of the contest on December 31, 2009. There is no limit to how many Referrals you have, as long as they are all valid Referrals and are signed up for the contest.
ELIGIBILITY: All legal U.S. residents residing in the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years or older at the closing date of the Las Vegas FreeGolf GiveAway Contest may participate in this Contest, or if you are under 18 years of age, you must have parental/guardian consent to enter the contest. By entering this contest, you represent to FreeGolfGiveAways.com that you are either at least 18 years of age or have consent from a parent/guardian.
SELECTION OF WINNER. Winner will be selected electronically random on December 31, 2009 for the Trip to Las Vegas, Nevada. The winner will be notified the day of the drawing, and will have 72 hours to contact FreeGolfGiveAways.com to claim the Trip.
FreeGolfGiveAways.com reserves the right to modify scheduling of the contest without prior notice. If the judges determine at their sole discretion that there is any suspected or actual electronic tampering with the giveaway or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the giveaway, the judges reserve the right to void the entries at issue, and/or terminate the giveaway and conduct a random drawing to award prizes using all eligible entries received as of the termination date. Any winner who does not comply with the Official Rules will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected.
NOTIFICATION: Prize winner will be notified by e-mail sent to the e-mail address used in the entry form for the Free Trip to Las Vegas. FreeGolfGiveAways.com is under no obligation to notify winners by any means other than e-mail. If a winner's profile is no longer active, notification will be sent to the last known e-mail address. If the selected winner does not respond in the alloted time period to claim their prize, they will forfeit their prize, and a new winner will be selected.
REDEMPTION: Prizes are non-transferable and no substitutions or cash equivalents are allowed. By entering this contest, you agree to release and hold FreeGolfGiveAways.com and its directors, officers, employees and agents, and all prize suppliers harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind in connection with the Contest or any product purchased, or resulting from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, including, without limitation, personal injuries, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy, whether suffered by you or a third party. This contest is void wherever prohibited or restricted by law and is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
